Noha Trading Pte. Ltd. takes compliance very seriously and to ensure that our company is not distracted by disruptions caused by any non-compliances arising from different stakeholders. We have a rigorous compliance policy, which all existing & new business partners must follow. Some of the key points are listed as below:

For all new and existing vendors Noha would require KYC documents outlining the owners and shareholders of the companies.

All payments made to Noha against supplies are to be only made on the bank details as mentioned in our contracts and invoices. We would not be able to accept any third party payments or cash payments.

We would urge all the stakeholders to ensure that they do not breach any regulatory sanctions which may have been placed by any country as such a suspicion would cause us to terminate the business relationship effective immediately with them.

In cases where there are sea shipments involved we would require Vessel IMO numbers for all the vessels involved from the source till the destination, this would be both feeder and mother vessels and failure to provide the required information before loading the cargo could result in no acceptance of cargo.
